I have over twenty years experience in the health and fitness industry as a fitness instructor, personal trainer and Health Club Manager. Over the past twelve years my focus has been Sports Massage and Soft Tissue Therapy.

My time as a Soft Tissue Therapist has allowed me to work with people of all fitness levels and ability, from recreational to elite athletes. I have provided soft tissue therapy at The Flora London Marathon, British Triathlon Championships and to the Royal Air Force Triathlon Team, South Africa Rugby Squad, Ulster Rugby, Cardiff Blues Rugby and Cardiff City FC.

I now concentrate my time at my practice situated in Corntown, just out side Cowbridge in the Vale of Glamorgan, and at the Sport Wales High Performance Unit in Cardiff, where I have worked with athletes in their build up to Olympic, Para-Olympic, Commonwealth Games, World and European Championships.
